How does voice training work?
Upload 3-5 past proposals, capability statements, or case studies to your vault. Then click "Train My Voice" — the AI analyzes your writing style (sentence structure, vocabulary, tone, formatting preferences) and creates a voice profile. All future proposal drafts will match your voice.
Are my documents secure?
Yes. All documents are stored privately in encrypted PostgreSQL databases. Only you can access, download, or delete your files. Other users cannot see your vault, proposals, or RFQ analyses. We do not use your documents to train any AI models.
Can I edit the AI-generated proposal sections?
Yes. Download any section as a DOCX file and edit it in Microsoft Word or Google Docs. The AI generates a strong first draft — we always recommend human review and editing before submission. You can also regenerate any section with different win themes.
