AI Job Agent LLC ("Company", "we", "our") operates the GovCon Capture Intelligence Engine ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Service.

1.2 Documents You Upload

When you use the vault, RFQ analysis, or proposal drafting features, you may upload:

Federal solicitation documents (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, etc.)
Past proposals and capability statements
CPARS ratings and completed contract documentation
Key personnel resumes
Case studies

1.3 AI-Generated Content

We store AI-generated analysis results and proposal drafts associated with your account, including voice profiles derived from your writing samples.

1.4 Usage Data

We collect basic usage information including login timestamps, feature usage patterns, and error logs. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. What We Do NOT Do

We take your privacy seriously. We do NOT:

Train AI models on your data. Your documents, proposals, and voice profiles are never used to train or fine-tune any AI model. They are only processed in real-time for your specific requests.
Share your data with other users. Your vault, analyses, and proposal drafts are strictly private. No other user of the platform can see, access, or reference your content.
Sell your data to third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or uploaded documents to anyone.
Store your payment information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card numbers.
Use third-party ad trackers. We do not run ads on our platform or embed tracking pixels from advertising networks.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on Railway (cloud infrastructure provider). Security measures include:

Encryption at rest for all stored documents and data
HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
Secure password hashing using Werkzeug (bcrypt-based)
Session-based authentication with secure cookies
Role-based access control (only you can see your documents)

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party services:

6. Data Retention

Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
Uploaded documents: Retained while your account is active. You can delete individual documents at any time via the vault.
AI-generated content: Retained while your account is active. You can delete individual analyses and proposal sections at any time.
Password reset tokens: Expire after 1 hour and are purged automatically.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your data — download any document or proposal draft from the platform
Delete your data — remove individual documents, analyses, or your entire account
Export your data — download proposals as DOCX/PDF, export contract data as CSV
Correct your data — update your profile information at any time

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. The session cookie is secure, HTTP-only, and is deleted when you log out or close your browser.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
