These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GovCon Capture Intelligence Engine ("Service"), operated by AI Job Agent LLC ("Company", "we", "our"), a Georgia limited liability company. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

GovCon Capture Intelligence Engine is a software-as-a-service platform that provides federal contract intelligence, solicitation analysis, and AI-assisted proposal drafting tools for government contractors. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze federal procurement documents and generate draft proposal content.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with limited access to platform features. No credit card is required during the trial period. The trial includes 2 RFQ analyses and up to 3 vault file uploads. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the rates displayed on our pricing page. All fees are in US dollars. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for completed billing periods.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate proposal drafts and analysis. Important disclaimers regarding AI-generated content:

AI-generated content is provided as a starting draft and must be reviewed, edited, and verified by a qualified human before submission to any government agency.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or compliance of AI-generated content with any specific solicitation requirements.
You are solely responsible for verifying all facts, claims, and representations in any proposal you submit to a government entity.
AI-generated past performance narratives should be verified against actual contract records before submission.
The Company is not responsible for proposal rejections, compliance failures, or any other consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

6. Your Documents and Data

You retain full ownership of all documents you upload to the Service, including past proposals, CPARS ratings, capability statements, resumes, and solicitation documents. We do not claim ownership of your content. Your documents are stored securely and encrypted at rest. We do not use your documents to train AI models. Only you can access your uploaded documents — other users cannot see your vault or analysis results.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or false representations in government proposals
Submit AI-generated content to government agencies without human review and verification
Misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely human-written in contexts where AI disclosure is required
Use the Service to violate any federal procurement regulation, including FAR, DFARS, or agency supplements
Share account credentials with unauthorized individuals
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
Use the Service for any illegal purpose

8. Federal Procurement Compliance

The Service is designed to assist with federal proposal preparation. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your proposals comply with all applicable regulations, including but not limited to: the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), agency-specific supplements (DFARS, GSAR, etc.), executive orders, and any solicitation-specific instructions. The Service does not provide legal advice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the property of AI Job Agent LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI JOB AGENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST CONTRACTS, OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to premium features will end at the conclusion of your current billing period. You may export your documents from the vault before termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.
